Tony V and the 4-legged Tony
Way back in my old apartment days.
Project wrap up party. Team got me a little present. Alcohol may have been a factor.
My cousin’s wedding. Yes, we are Italian.
My hands down, all time favorite character.
The day after I decided to start a podcast.

What does Tby3 mean?
It stands for T by 3. So, T times 3 in a way. Not enough? Let’s break it down. Why “T” and what does it represent? The T can represent a lot of things: Technology, Technocast, Tonight, Teaching, Tenacious, Telecommunications, Tomorrow, etc. I think you get the point. It’s flexible among anything starting with T in the tech space. The 3 just means we try to have 3 times the fun with a sturdy 3 prong support system. Family, Friends, and Advocates.
What is the goal of this site and podcast?
This podcast represents something I’ve been noodling on for a while. I’ve spoken to different people in technology over a long period of time. Many of them have risen up the ranks in different businesses, and some have kept churning away doing cool stuff because they love it. How many of them have gotten the opportunity to speak about what excites them in the IT space? How many stories have they shared with me and others but, not a wider audience who could benefit from those experiences? This podcast’s goal is to talk with those IT people who do the work. Give them a voice. Let them spread their stories and leanings so others can grow as well.

How long is this podcast going to last?
As long as I keep getting listeners and people willing to come on and talk. Intent is to continue indefinitely and I need your help to do it.
How can I help keep this going?
Thank you for asking! There are a few things you can do: 1) Leave a ranking or review or subscribe on your favorite podcast player. One of those or all three. It helps a lot! 2) Provide feedback in the podcast player of your choice or here on the website. Feedback is needed so I know what you want to hear. 3) You can be a guest. Or, if you know someone who would make a good guest, send them over to here.
Do you make any money off this?
So far no money is made off this site. Advertising might be added later to help cover part of the expense in running it. If after a while I feel I can offer something of value for a cost, I may go that route. All depends on what kind of feedback I get and how it progresses.
How can I be a guest?
I’m glad you asked. Please fill out the form over here and I’ll see what we can do. If you have a good topic to discuss, we can certainly talk.
Where can I listen to the podcast?
A variety of places. This website is one of them. Also, search in your favorite podcast player app for “Tby3 Podcast” and it’s likely to turn up. Top players in no particular order are iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Stitcher, and TuneIn Radio. If you do listen with one of those services, please, please leave a rating, a review and subscribe. It helps with the rankings. If you’d rather not do all of those, do one or two and it’ll help tremendously.
Are you gathering info on me?
If I sign up for your list, am I going to get a pile of junk mail?
Nope. If you give me your name and email address on one of the site forms, you will receive a couple sign up messages to confirm you are you. After those, you will get an email when a new podcast goes live and you will receive another email once every couple weeks about the latest insider stuff going on with the site and podcast. I will not send you a pile of emails every week. Not my style. You can also always opt out after registering and I won’t send you those small amount of communications again.
